MEET FELICIA DELOPE
GET TO KNOW FELICIA
I grew up in Sonoma County in California’s Wine Country, surrounded by community, good food, memorable gatherings, and the kind of spaces that make you want to stay awhile. After graduating from Sonoma State University, I started my career in education, working in schools and after-school programs. Helping people learn, grow, and feel supported has always come naturally to me.
That same passion carried into real estate in 2016 when I stepped into the world of new construction as the Director of New Homes. For years, I worked alongside builders to bring entire communities to life. From branding and sales to handovers on closing day, I discovered how much I loved connecting people to places that feel right for them.
In 2022, I earned my California real estate license. I spent the following years supporting top-producing agents behind the scenes, managing operations, client care, and the details that make a transaction feel seamless. That experience shaped the way I show up today: organized, thoughtful, and deeply committed to creating a stress-free experience for my clients.
Moving to Washington felt like a natural next chapter. I now call the Seattle and Greater Eastside home and am honored to be part of the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty community. Helping people find their place here in the Pacific Northwest, whether it’s a lakefront home, a neighborhood close to the mountains, or a quiet street tucked into the Eastside, has quickly become my favorite part of this work.
Life before real estate!
Home is comfort and connection. It’s the feeling that hits the moment you step inside and think, yes… this is mine. I’m drawn to spaces that are warm, lived-in, and full of life: a kitchen buzzing with friends, a quiet morning on a deck overlooking the water, or a cozy corner after a long day. When I’m not helping clients define their own version of home, you’ll find me paddle boarding, hiking, discovering new restaurants, wine tasting, or easing my way back into my golf game.
What is home to you?
What other places would you move to?
I’ve always felt a pull toward the Pacific Northwest. The mix of city, mountains, lakes, and small-town charm made Seattle an easy choice. Before moving here, I lived in Montana and fell completely in love with mountain towns. If I ever did it again, I’d live in Bigfork—the Flathead Valley is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Colorado has always been on my list too, especially Steamboat for that true mountain-town feel. Maybe that’s why Washington feels so much like home. It gives you the best of everything.
My goal is simple: help people feel at ease. I love creating a process where clients feel informed, supported, and excited about what comes next. Real estate is personal, and so is the way I approach it. Connection, trust, and celebrating life’s seasons—those matter to me. Home isn’t just a place, it’s a feeling, and helping people find that feeling is why I do what I do.
